Chiou Ling is cheerful, easy going and friendly and gets along well with her peer. She is not only a very loyal, thoughtful and considerate friend but also generous to her friends. She is always very polite and respectful and is always ready to help.
Chiou Ling is a keen learner who is determined to improve all the time. She takes the initiative to ask when in doubt and is attentive in class.
An enthusiastic member of the Chinese Dance Society, she performed actively in various school events including the Chinese New Year Programme and Annual Awards Ceremony and public events including the Chinese New Year Toa Payoh-Bishan Community Centre Performance. She won a bronze and silver award in 2003 and 2005 for the SYF respectively.
She showed care and concern for the less priviledged through active participation in community service projects organised by the school.
With her personality and qualities, she will be an asset and contribute positively in any field of endeavour to which she aspires.
Add on: She has music talents. She knows how to play piano and organ, grade 1 and grade 3 respectively. She was invited to perform piano during the 2006 Annual Awards Ceremony thus she loves to teach her friends how to play the piano. Dancing is her passion and she likes to sing.
