i'm so glad tat i attended Service lecture today. i can still rmb wat Mr Tay said during lesson about being professional. what is the opposite of professional? it's personal. so being professional means not taking it personal. and i think it really helps a lot when it comes to serving demanding, rude and unreasonable customers.
very upset wif my ccom teacher. she didn't inform us about the career seminar and now i've got plans for tat day, and duno if i can make it or not. stupid. trying to ruin my future oni. pay money to let her ruin my future? lol.
