Paiseh!

Did something very paiseh today at Singpost!

There's a special delivery today. It's a female customer buying shirt for the boyfriend, and we are to wrap and mail it to the guy. It's my mistake, I thought she bought it for his birthday. So I went to buy birthday card and wrapping paper, and wrap up the shirt at Singpost together with Yani. We spent around 10 mins writing the card and wrapping the shirt beautifully.

Then I message my customer asking if she would like to leave a message for him. When I receive the reply, I stunt. It's actually for their anniversary and not birthday!

Hurriedly, we pack the things and went back home to change the card and wrapper. We feel so embarrassed, cause the staff knows both of us as we went there often.

Well, I'll make sure I ask everything before I head down to Singpost the next time!
